Group training £45/MONTH - UNLIMITED
Our group-training classes are geared towards weight loss and changing your body shape.
Working in a class of 8-16 people you will be put in to small groups and work through the different circuits together.
We alternate between strength/toning based work and cardio based work which will get you a bit sweaty and out of breath.
STRENGTH TRAINING £70/per month
Our strength-training classes run perfectly alongside the large group-training classes.
You will do 2 full-body workouts per week that involve more strength based protocols and focus on trying to improve certain exercises each week.
In this class you will work in groups of 2-6 people and we use different equipment that we can’t use in the large group training.
1-1 Personal Training
Our 1-1 Personal Training starts with an initial assessment. Following this you will be coached through your own unique program focusing on your personal goals.
We will meet 2-3 times per week with ongoing assessments to make sure you are improving. You will have your own nutrition plan and have access to John through an app.
