Our strength classes are for those who are a bit more advanced, hit a plateau or just wanted to change things up.
As part of the strength sessions you will train twice a week in our strength class and then 2-3 times a week in our group training. This is a recipe for amazing results. If you haven't done that much weight training before you won't believe how much this can have an impact on your body.
